We are a small, family run company, offering quality five star self catering accommodation of the highest standards in fabulous locations.  Currently, we have two very individual self catering apartments:

Paradise Penthouse
An ultra-modern duplex apartment, situated just a few steps from the Royal Mile in the heart of Edinburgh and with panoramic views over Arthur’s Seat and Salisbury Crags.

Paradise Penthouse: 5 star luxury holiday accommodation

Paradise Lodge
A beautiful Victorian seaside property, located in the picturesque village of Alnmouth, on the Northumberland coast, in a premier location just a few yards from the beautiful sandy beach and Estuary, also with exceptional, panoramic views.

Both properties are in immaculate condition, furnished to exceptionally high standards and fully equipped, with full kitchen and laundry facilities, and modern television, video, dvd and hi-fi equipment.
 
Both properties are available all year round.

Paradise Lodge is generally only available for a minimum rental period of one week, starting on Saturdays.  Short breaks are, however, available during off-peak periods on request.

Paradise Penthouse is available for short breaks throughout the year, except during the Edinburgh International Festival in August and Hogmanay, when the minimum rental period is one week.  All gas, electricity, bed-linen and towels are included in the rental price and we can provide beach towels (at no extra cost) for Paradise Lodge.  For longer breaks, towels and bed linen will be changed once a week and a maid service will also be available on the normal change-over day.

A travel cot, high chair and push chair are all available on request for Paradise Lodge only.
